Policy & Terms

• Once you confirm your package with us, Inclusions shall be change subject to rights only.
• If you change your trip with us or extend the date, you will have to pay at least 25% of entire package cost.
• If Helicopter & Battery Car is cancelled due to any reason, company will return only basic refund.
• Early Check in & Late Check Out will be Subject to Availability, Check In/Out 12 Noon.
• 100% Amount of flight tickets at the time-of-flight booking.
• Any rescheduling, cancellation, and refunds of flight tickets shall be as per respective airlines rules.

Payment Policy

• 25% booking amount of total tour cost to initiate, if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
• 50% pay amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking.
• 25% pay amount before 10 days of the departure date
• Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.

Cancellation Policy

• Once the booking is done: 25% of package cost.
• 30 days prior to departure: 30% of Package Cost.
• 15 Days prior to departure: 50% of Package Cost.
• 10 Days till the date of departure: 100% of Package Cost.
